    BOW, what you mean?
Do you mean that, since you moved to texas, you haven’t had any chance to grill/eat a rabbit?
(bow, cosa intendi? ti riferisci al fatto che da quando ti sei trasferito in texas non hai avuto modo di grigliare/mangiare un coniglio?)

If so, the right italian translation is: (se si, la traduzione corretta in italiano è:)

Amo il coniglio e da quando mi sono trasferito in Texas non ho avuto occasione di mangiarlo.
It looks great = Sembra fantastico!

Sembr I grandi /() ([[= ([[= It would help if I spell it right when putting in the translator.

This is what I meant…It looks great = Sembra fantastico!

No, I have not had any rabbit in years, not much hunting around here unless I travel several hours and I don’t have time to do that any more.

Virgi, did you hunt this rabbit, or do you get them in a store or butcher there?

Carlo, I have seen many of Don Marco’s works, and his creations puts me to shame!

    Montreal Steak Seasoning

Here is the link to it from the McCormicks company

    Here is a copycat recipe
2 tsp California garlic powder (probably any garlic powder, not garlic salt, will do)
1 TBS plus 1 tsp coarsely ground coriander seeds
2 TBS coarse (kosher or sea) salt
1 TBS plus 1 tsp dill weed
1 TBS plus 1 tsp paprika
1 TBS plus 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or cayenne pepper)
1 TBS plus 1 tsp freshly ground (coarse) black pepper
