Just a short note…are you fond of Italian recipes ?
Carlo will be able to explain and talk about any kind of your favourite Italian dishes…I am seriusly thinking about how to made at home (without any particular difficult) a great main course which is very popular in Italy…veal in breadcrumbs,ok ?!Be patient…you will lick your fingers very soon,ok then ?!
Wish you a lovely day (for all those at work) and stay in touch, mates !
Cheers,
Carlo
😀That sounds very good Carlo! Veal and lamb are not dishes that I grew up with, so I would like to learn more about them. I love EVERYTHING Italian! Pizza, Pasta, breads! I look forward to seeing your pictures!

8 dicembre 2006 alle 16:23Post count: 0Hiya Laura !!!
Yes,of course,I will show this very simple recipe and I will took some pictures, too.
Today we have National holiday, but tomorrow I will do some shopping at the supermarket and, obviouvsly,I will have a stop at the butcher…
Have a nice day !
Cheers,
Carlo
😀Good day. Thanks to all for the warm welcome.
I do love Itailian food but have a limitation when it comes to foods prepared with alcohol, it makes my stomach feel sick so I stay away. All of the other foods I greatly enjoy.
There are so many wonderful pictures of food on this forum! I am a big fan of pictures so I am enjoying it already.
another thing I have noticed is the courtious greetings at the beginning and end of most posts. Is this a custom in Italy? It makes for a plesant experience.
Since I have no knowledge of your language I have been using http://babelfish.altavista.com/ to translate.
I must go now. Have a great day!

8 dicembre 2006 alle 19:26Post count: 0Hiya Bob and thank you so much for your kindness !!!
Just a question about your problems with alcohol…do you mean that even if
some meat/fish is sauted with wine, will be a problem for you ?
Or perhaps do you have problems with desserts,in which the quantity of
alcohol is definitely higher ?!Lastly,Babelfish is quite alright, however you may try google translate…
Hope to hear from you very soon !
Cheers and take care,mate !
Carlo
